Spectre D is an approved AWHA stallion captivating assessors and being awarded a 9 for his jumping ability. 2023 saw Spectre D step up to Futurity classes (1.25-1.40m) winning at Tamworth World Cup Show and getting a 3rd place in the second qualifying round at the Australian Championships.  He is brave and careful, with a super bascule and technique over a fence. He has three excellent paces and is good in the bridle which is attractive for the eventing breeders being ridden in a snaffle bit. He handles the atmosphere at major World Cup and Indoor shows like a pro proving he has inherited his dam Fairbanks Lulu's work ethic.  Spectre has passed on his deep bay colouring and attractive features to his foals. The foals are long legged with good height and well balanced conformation.

 

Spectre's dam Fairbanks Lulu was a favourite amongst the Australian Showjumping community. Having successfully competed at World Cup level for several seasons she was sold on to a junior rider and was a reliable and trustworthy teacher. Her technique was sharp and correct, with an excellent canter making for impressive rideability. Spectre is an embryo transfer foal out of Fairbanks Lulu and by the well known and highly respected Stakkato.
