Ivy D is a full sister to Shane Davidson's exported Grand Prix showjumper Idol D. Her sire Indoctro is one of the world’s greatest sires. His offspring continue to achieve successes at the highest level and a significant number of offspring have competed at Olympic Games.

Sire Le Primeur has extraordinary type, expression, good conformation and a willingness to perform at the highest levels in both dressage and jumping. He was the winner of the stallion performance test in 2000.
